New Employee: John Leach, MI Regional Sales Manager
Jenny Phillips, Director of Marketing • September 22, 2025

John Leach lives in Frankenmuth, Michigan, with his wife, Julie. Married for 34 years, they have six children and ten grandchildren. John grew up on a family farm in east central Michigan, a foundation that shaped his lifelong passion for agriculture.

For the past seven years, John served growers as a Seed Advisor with Beck’s Hybrids. Before that, he spent a decade in ag retail as a salesperson and location manager. He is excited to join Yield Innovations and work with a team committed to innovation, service, and growth. John believes the TAPS systems approach is unique in agriculture, aligning a focused product mix to the plant’s needs from emergence to maturity so customers reach their desired outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys camping with his family, golfing, and hunting. “The future is bright with Yield Innovations,” John says.
