FARM ON PURPOSE WITH TAPS

The Agronomic Profit system

The Agronomic Profit System is a systems approach to yield and profitability. TAPS marries agronomic knowledge with products, developed "on-purpose", for a purpose.

Why should I consider a system's approach?

CONSISTENCY

An agronomic systems approach provides consistency in performance.

  • Nothing in agriculture works 100% of the time. However, we've identified key products that when used together in a system, don't bat .300 like Hall of Fame baseball players. They can bat over .700!
  • Certain nutrients are needed at key times. Underappreciated diseases need controlled by certain times. When yield factors such as these are addressed on purpose, at the right time, yield losses are minimized.

EMOTIONS, THE ENEMY OF CONSISTENCY

A systems approach removes the emotions that tend to drive many decisions in agriculture. It's a plan to follow, regardless of weather or markets.

  • If the grain market is up or down, if it is currently raining or not, if the weather forecast is good or bad ... these are real factors that play into the decision making of farmers every year. The majority of the time, those factors lead to emotional decisions that negatively impact your final results at harvest.
  • TAPS is a personalized systems approach, a plan to follow, that factors in and addresses those very real concerns.

RESILIENT CROPS

TAPS builds resilient crops that better handle the abiotic stresses that come our way at some time and in some way, every year!

  • TAPS is a proactive approach to disease management and to providing crops needed nutrients at key times and in available forms ... on purpose!

There is a lot more in our control than what most farmers think.  We can control what we can when we

FARM ON PURPOSE.

The AGRONOMIC PROFIT SYSTEM™ is a personal yield journey. It requires an open mind, believing there is more in your control than what you think. Then, work with us to create your personalized TAPS plan, which may be a multi-year plan. The important part is simply to begin.

STEP 1

Critical level dry fertilizer application

Focuses dry fertilizer dollars in areas below ritical levels that are likely to provide a positive return.

STEP 2

Spoon feeding nutrition

Personalized nutrient approach that spoon-feeds nutrients in available forms at key times and in the right places.

STEP 3

Root rot protection

Protecting roots from rotting season long.

STEP 4

crown health & disease prevention

Health of the crown of the corn plant/proactive disease protection from the inside/out.

STEP 5

late season fungicide applications

Using fungicides late enough in the season to protect the last 30-40 days of grain fill.

STEP 6

nanotechnology for maximum performance

Ensuring all yield enhancing products have maximum plant cell uptake through the process of endocytosis achieved from incorporating nano particle technology throughout the season.
